Criminal Record Certificate (Argentina)

 

1. Online Application (if 18+ and have accounts)

You can apply fully online if you have:

- Mi Argentina account

- Banelco card in your name

- ARCA tax key (AFIP) level 2+

- ANSES Social Security key

2. In-Person Application at the Embassy (if under 18 or no accounts)

Steps:

Go to the website above and choose “I want to do it in person.”

Enter DEPENDENCY:  New Zealand

Enter your valid ID (DNI or Passport)

Enter your email (RNR will send your certificate here)

Print the application PDF and payment receipt

 

Payment:

Only credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AmEx)

Fee: AR$8,500 for application + USD 30 consular fee (paid in NZD on the day)

 

Documents to bring:

Original valid ID (same as in application)

Copy of ID

Printed application PDF

Printed payment receipt

 

Process:

Consular officer checks documents and takes fingerprints

RNR processes the application and sends the certificate via PDF with electronic signature (24–72 hours)

 

Special Notes

* Argentine citizens with dual nationality: Must use Argentine documents

* Foreigners: Must use valid passport (or ID if MERCOSUR country)

 

Hague Apostille: Can request at consulate (additional fee, record must be <90 days old, takes ~5 business days)
